Findon Dog Field Terms & Conditions

Each session is 25 minutes or 55 minutes as selected at booking, allowing a 5-minute buffer period between users.

All booking to be paid for in advance via the online booking form.

The Field must be vacated promptly at the end of your booked session to avoid clashes.

All dog waste must be picked up and can be disposed of on site in the provided bin. Failure to do so will result in a ban from the site.

Do not allow your dog to dig anywhere on site. Any repairs to dug ground will be billed to yourself.

No Smoking anywhere on site.

Leave nothing on site on your departure.

Neither I nor the Landowner are responsible for your dog(s) escaping and/or leaving the field, or you encountering another dog(s). The fence is approximately 6 feet high. It is your responsibility to gauge whether this is secure for your dog and whether they can jump over it.

All dogs must be microchipped to conform to The Microchipping of Dogs (England) Regulations 2016.

Occupying Findon Dog Field when outside of a booked session in your name will be treated as aggravated trespass.

The use of the field is restricted to the exercising of dogs. Any other use is not permitted, such as BBQs, drone flights, alcohol, gatherings etc.

Use of Findon Dog Field and the equipment provided shall be entirely at your own risk. Neither I or the Landowner accepts liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by you during the use of the field.

Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk in a public car park. Neither I or the Landowner will be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to vehicles or their contents and valuables.

Use of the field is limited to daylight hours, and a maximum of 6 dogs per booking over the 3 acre site.
